There were severe price drops over the last three days in the stock of the previously dual listed DGL.ASX. It was delisted from the NZX on 30th June this year.
The fall from around $2.80 started on the 30th August.
The stock opened today at $1.85 and closed at $1.55 coming off a low of $1.50.
The trades today and yesterday were on unusually high volumes of around 9m and 15m shares respectively.
Recent market announcements are probably the cause. Four acquisitions were announced to the market on 30th August, the annual report was released yesterday and today there was a proposed issue of securities.
A ‘please explain’ will surely have been triggered by the ASX.
This Hotcopper thread and this Sharetrader thread on DGL covering the last few days and before should be helpful.
